I really love the leather work of Henry James, but wasn’t sure which size (full or extra full) I needed for a new horse, so the team helped me out by sending over parts of the bridle then giving a virtual fitting. The delivery was super quick and the feedback really helpful. I hate having to wait ages to get tack sorted, it adds to the stress of a new horse but the service here is really good.
Beautiful quality lovely Soft calf leather well made what else can I say .. the Havana is very dark and more like black but otherwise lovely and worth the money

Following purchasing a bridle before Christmas and loving the quality, I decided to purchase a headcollar. This was just as good and would highly recommend.
These reins are great I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and have it bad in my hands & fingers I now have these on both bridles for my two horses I can hold the reins so much easier and they don’t slip through my fingers ❤️

Extremely high quality leather - streets ahead of bridles that are only a bit cheaper - and a very comfortable fit for the horse. A perfect combination of the traditional and modern! I couldn't recommend more highly.
Treated my horse to a new bridle (lucky Hugo ) I wasn’t sure on the fit contacted Ellie who was fabulous just sent some photos for the fit & she recommended changing the size of the nose band now fits perfectly, very pleased with how Hugo goes & looks very smart & comfortable.

My daughter has been looking for a breast plate for sometime to replace the one her horse came with.
The very helpful lady at the show listened to my daughter and helped her choose the correct size by looking at photos of our horse and talking it through with my daughter.
The leather is so soft and the breastplate fits a treat so happy with it!

I purchased a new bridle on from Henry James at the London International, unfortunately the noseband was out of stock at the show. Henry James depatched one to me that day and it even beat me home from London. Excellent service and lovely quality bridle.
My daughter was so delighted to receive her gift card (which came immediately via email so was a perfect last minute Christmas gift) and can't wait to buy a new bridle. We've just measured our horse up so we'll be ordering tonight!
