Our Black Friday discounts were tiered based on your total spend:

• 15% off with no minimum spend
• 20% off for orders over £200
• 25% off for orders over £250
• 30% off for orders over £300

When items are returned for a refund, the total spend is recalculated. This may result in a change to the discount originally applied to the remaining items in your order. Any adjustment will reflect the discount tier that matches your updated total spend after the return.

Alternatively complete the returns form that would have come with your order and make sure you include your contact details and state clearly if you would like a refund or an exchange. Re-package the items you are returning and pop them in the post to: Henry James Saddlery, Unit 5D, NI Park, Newport, Shropshire, TF10 9LH

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged. You will receive an email once your return/exchange has been processed.

You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to appear in your account. We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for any reason, then we will refund or exchange any items returned to us in the original saleable condition within 28 days starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.

If you are concerned that an item you received may be faulty, please contact us immediately on +44(0)1952482009. We may require photos of the items so we can record any issues. Do not continue to use the item as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
