Whilst modest in design, this headpiece is not to be underestimated. It utilises the same padding and is cut back enough to provide plenty of space for your horses ears.

Thanks to the headpiece design there is no noseband strap sitting across the poll which can rub or cause pinching.

The throat lash strap has been strategically integrated into the headpiece to reduce the bulk in the sensitive TMJ area and allowing for the noseband and cheek piece buckles to lie flat against the horses skin.

I an highly recommend the Henry James products and team. I have a Connemara which was difficult to get a bridle for not just in size but also for looks. The Henry James totally sorted that for me after towing and throwing we settled on the full size Arc Classic headpiece, full size Noseband and Browband and cob size cheekpieces . She looks stunning and she is going really well in her new bridle and it must be comfortable. for her as she is always ready to put this bridle on. The leather is so soft and supple and really looks and feels top class. I’m so pleased I brought this bridle and we also have a Henry James bridle for our other horse.

Very disappointed

They are very soft and grippy but the rubber doesn’t go far enough towards the buckle meaning my hands are on the join with the leather which is actually very slippery, at the price they are it’s disappointing especially as I ordered size XF so they would hopefully be long enough.

Bridle measuring tape

Received very quickly and was able to measure up my horse correctly so I could order the right size pieces for my bridle to get a perfect fit

This is the 3rd pair of these reins we have purchased. Absolutely LOVE them!

Fabulous quality
